I bought a 2-pack of this cap to use under a wig for my Halloween costume. It held my wig on well and reduced the itchiness associated with the wig itself. I have chin-length hair. It doesn't cover all of my hair, such as at the base of my head/neck. If you have longer hair than chin length, this cap will be too small to enclose all your hair. I used to have very long hair until 1 month ago. Had I not cut my hair off back then, this cap wouldn't have worked at all. Also, it is a tight cap but not so tight that it cuts off circulation. It stretches with time.

As a 36 yr old ovarian cancer patient (this is my 2nd time fighting the disease), I have lost all of my beautiful, long brown hair. I did buy a few great wigs, but have found all to be itchy & hot. This wig cap is soft and gives me some comfort throughout my work day....and I must say, it is softer than the one the wig-beautician made me buy when I got my first wig.......so YES, it is a nice, soft cap for us bald chic's trying to appear "normal and healthy."
